Nino and the staff at EMS Disaster Restoration are great. They're professional, honest and highly skilled in their work. They assisted my mother after she suffered a sewer backup in her condo in Naples. EMS showed up on time, cleaned up the sewer, sanitized the contents and removed all contaminated materials from the home. They were very diligent in their work and treated my elderly mother with care and compassion. I appreciate the assistance we received from this company and recommend them to any one looking for an honest and professional restoration contractor in the Naples and Fort Myers area.

I have to say that when I first called this company I was kind of skeptical beacuse there pricing was so incredibly good in comparison to other companies in the area. The job that I gave them, I would say it was VERY troublesome because the unit belongs to a horter. I dont have the words to describe how awful this house looked. Besides that, ALL the walls in the house had to be removed due to mold. They were 100 % responsive, and wrapped it all up in a timely manner just like they said from day 1. Everything was handled in a safe & professional manner. Debris was wrapped up and taken off site just like he said. We are very impressed with the quality of work & price that we paid. Staff is very friendly & attentive, they go above and beyond. If you have an emergency clean up situation, gutting of walls, this is definetly the company to call.

Thank god for this company. My wife was alone when one of the pipes burst in our main bath at 3am. Without hesitation the came out and went above and beyond there line of duty to make sure the water damage was minamal, and that our family was safe . they worked with our insurance. Great company amazing people that actually care about the customer. Will definitely recommend and use there service again. Thank you E.M.S
