Steve is great, so knowledgeable about all aspects of his business. Steve has a great personality and his estimate was so reasonable I signed with him immediately and they start in a few weeks, his product selection was so large I know my pool will be modern and beautiful, can't wait, thanks Steve.

We needed a pool remodel/resurface even before Hurricane Ian hit. After the hurricane was not an ideal time to remodel a pool, but since it had to be emptied and acid washed anyway, and since the pump and heater had to be replaced anyway, we decided to go ahead. Even at this difficult time, Rose Pools gave us a professional, complete bid (more than I can say for the other two contractors we contacted). Rose Pools completed the job to our satisfaction, even though there were some supply chain issues and delays due to disaster recovery as well as a crack found in the pool. Work started in mid-November and was completed in mid-January. Our pool is very important to us, and we are enjoying the daily use of it once again, thanks to Rose Pools. Have been waiting since early July for the completion of an enclosed lanai. There seems to be excuses after excuses with Steve Yeoman, who is responsible for the job. Communication is horrible!. Steve does not answer phone calls or texts. He commits to a certain day and then postpones. All we want is good follow-up and updates. We get none of that. Now our lanai is torn up and exposed to the outside with no answers on when job can be completed. Waiting on glass doors but am never told when we can expect them. Unfortunately Rose Pool has $16,000 of my money and I have very little to show for it. Hate to turn this into a lawsuit but we not have a choice. We can't even finish moving into our home without this remodel completed. What a nightmare! Service: Remodeling
