At first they were ok but then it went bad. We signed up to have rear lawn and flower beds treated for pests. They took money and didn't even perform the service signed up for. Gave 2nd chance to correct with 1 month free service. Well, they still charged me. Never got the free month. They show up when they want to with no warning. I have 3 dogs and asked multiple times for 24hr notice. The last straw was just recet they showed up with no warning, took money from my bank, and didn't perform any service what so ever. I called, and they were supposed to show up the next day at 8 am. They finally showed up at 11am, and I told them to leave since I was doing yard work and it wouldn't pay to have them spray. Horrible services and no consideration of how they inconvenience others because they can't tell time.
Update: they refunded the money. Spoke with the manager of issues. He personally comming out to do yard and to talk over what all has happened so far with our service. I gave 1 more star because they are making an effort to correct the issues. We will see what happens from here. I dont usually give someone 3 chances, but I like that when they did come, my ants and bugs in the yard were controlled.
