I am a State Farm insured and have been for 5+ years. The service is amazing and they treat you like family. Pauline, Larisa, Mareia, Dorothy, and Manny are AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE 💖 My questions are always answered, they always follow-up, and proactively call me when my policy renews to see if i need anything or to alert me if they see premium changes. I cannot thank them enough for the exceptional service they provide.

I spoke to Larisa Ortiz from Theresa Goodlad’s office and she was just amazing. She was very helpful and super upbeat and friendly. I was adding Renter’s Insurance to my auto policy due to a relocation from my company. She walked me through all the options and explained everything very clearly. I was speaking to her from my office during a work day and she was very patient with the various interruptions that occurred during our call. Truly the epitome of what fantastic customer service is and what everyone in the service industry should strive for. Thank you, Larisa for making my relocation easier.

Would like to take this brief moment and let Mrs. Teresa Goodlad know how fortunate she is having such GREAT & WONDERFUL individuals on her team. I was truly taken by such cordial and communicative individuals' that I spoke with last week. The young man who answered the phone was not only polite, but his phone skills were something I haven't heard in quite some time. With that being said, I would like to thank Pauline for not only her time after answering my numerous questions, but her ability to probe without insulting me. I had been praying and looking for someone to refinance my vehicles for about 6 months and to my surprise I received a flyer and letter from State Farm on loans and financing. I immediately called and was sent to Mariea Said and she was awesome. She told me what I needed and went and signed the contracts and it was done in less than 2 days. I am so happy with the rate of finance and I will be done paying for my vehicles in 1 1/2 years sooner than if I stayed with who I was and I would of paid way more with them. So, thanks Ms. Said for all your help and honesty. I am recommending them to my family and friends.
