I have tried therapy before and the experiences were mediocre at best. Even though I was looking for someone who took insurance, I decided to give Essence of Wellness Therapy a try. Scheduling with Roshi was simple on the website and I felt right at ease in my free consultation. She is very thorough in her explanations which helps me to feel comfortable throughout the process. The workbook really helps too! I like that I have it to keep me on track in between sessions. It feels good to create plan for my life that actually makes sense and will not take forever to accomplish. Also, it helps to get feedback from someone who doesn't have a hidden agenda!
