Worse Customer service every. My washer has been down for 3 weeks and she does not seem to care. I am having to go to the laundry mat after paying over 3,000 for my washer and dryer. Very rude and nasty and should not allowed to be working in Customer service
Your right the order is not in my mothers name. She is older so I wrote the review for her. What is the use of me putting her name or invoice number. when she calls you do not help her than I'm sure you will not help her now. The Customer service is horrible Service: Washer/dryer repair

I have left several voice mail messages since your tech visited my home to find out what the next steps were so I can get my dryer fixed and no one has called me back.
With today being the last day of September and my warranty expiring after today I am beyond frustrated.

This company was used by Lowe's to fix my dishwasher under warranty. The technician arrived and had no ID badge or other identifying info other than the name of the company on the side of his van. He was polite, but lacked professionalism. I explained the issue with the dishwasher and told him that the same problem had happened previously and the control panel was replaced. He only tried to turn the dishwasher on, which didn't work, and he said he would have the part ordered. No further diagnostics were done. I later found out that the part was on backorder, I waited at least a month. The lady who called to schedule the service to replace the part refused to schedule me during a morning, and kept insisting that I needed to give them a full day of availability. Her attitude was poor, and she lacked professionalism over the phone. She needs to seek a different job where she doesn't have to be rude with others. After her multiple failures to schedule my repair before 1:00pm., I contacted Lowe's. Lowe's immediately found a different service provider. The new service provider arrived as scheduled (between 8am.-12pm.). The technician took one look at the dishwasher, and then asked me to turn off the main electrical breaker for 10 seconds, then turn it back on. HOORAY! Problem fixed in less than 10 minutes and on the first visit! The tech then proceeded to explain the issue and how to troubleshoot the problem in the future before calling for a repair. LET THE BUYER BEWARE of this service provider. Service: Dishwasher repair
