If you want to great land clearing company these are the guys to call. I called Jaguar land clearing and talk to Jacob, he was friendly and very nice and professional on the telephone. His response to my needs of land clearing we’re pretty much immediate. I was impressed on how quick they collected all their equipment and got out to a piece of property of mine.They came out within a week of me contacting them. Jacob and his father Tod showed up with some impressive equipment and went right to work and started clearing. The father and two sons we’re very professional polite and experience on the job. Cleared the 5 1/2 acres in No time. Cleared off all debris and took off all the wood that was on this job.

I found Jaguar Land Clearing on Facebook Market Place and contacted Jacob Kelly to dig/clear out a old retention pond that had been overgrown for about 30 years. The quote that I received from them came back quick and was a really good price considering the amount of material that they were going to remove. Jake and his crew arrived the day that was planned and I was very impressed with all the equipment that he brought to do the job. The job was supposed to take less that a week but ended up taking about 2 weeks due to rain, natural springs that kept filling the pond up and the amount of muck that had accumulated over the years. Jake and his crew worked through all of the obstacles and completed the job way better than I had expected.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking and I will defiantly use them again for any future land projects.

Two months talking back and forth, two no shows on their part, another half scheduled with no reply, silence with no reply for weeks at a time, several times. Me and my whole family are contractors in St. John's county. My brothers, father is a BC, uncle is county Inspector etc. They've definitely ruined their name in this county. Unreliable and childish.
Another contractor/acquittance hired them to prep land to build a house and they butchered it, unfortunately he payed cash. They are in court I believe. His review is no longer viewable so I'm assuming they disputed it and google kicked it, I wonder how many others.
Update: Tuesday March 16th. (roughly two months later) We talked, they apologized and said they would make it right so I decided to give them one more chance. Scheduled dirt delivery again for this past weekend. Did not show again, no reply. Need I say more. Three work days missed waiting for dirt that never came so far.
Texts and im's to prove. This review was hard earned. Gave 3 or 4 chances. Furthermore, they Text me in reply to this review threatening to sue me for writing a bad review haha. Have screenshots of that as well should they choose to dispute in reply.
