I am 75 year old and never did this before but I feel people should know. I WIIl NEVER do business with these people again. I just looked at her reviews and she put one in for herself, who does that. Here goes. My daughter bought a Rainbow from these people and referred me to do the same, however I live in Memphis Tenn.I paid for it and they shipped it. When something went wrong with it and no one here to service. So I contacted Anita Manus for help. She said no problem and for me to ship it back and she would do the service. First, it took 4 weeks, second she charged me $400 and added shipping back to me on the bill. OK , fine its a great machine and worth it.When it came back it still didnt run. So then my daughter contacted another office in Florida to get some sort of guidance on what to do because Anita stopped taking calls from me. He found an authorized agent here in Memphis to look at it. The store here h has been working on Rainbow for 30 years and said he had seen nothing like what was done to my machine in his 30 years. He said the motor section was reworked and a jumbled mess. His price to repair what the Manus people did would cost $750. I am retired and cant afford this to repair a vacuum cleaner. So I called that second Florida office that I had talked to and they were extremely helpful . He called the factory and told them what Anita's office did and what the Memphis office needed to do to make it all right. He then called the Memphis repair center and talked to them about how to help me get my repair completed. He coordinated Memphis and factory and got my Rainbow fixed for me for Half of what I was quoted. WHY couldnt Anita do that for me? NEVER again will I do business. PS I love my Rainbow despite her. I have been a client of Anita for approximately 15 years-have purchased multiple vacuums. She provides excellent service, knows the product and is a very pleased person to deal with. I recommend her 100%
