Within the last year, this place has sucked. Long waiting time, doctors, dont get their work orders, patients dont get taken care of, nurses dont get back with patients, call you at the last minute to cancel appointments, has been ridiculous. Dedicated to start to become a very unreliable help Service for many many reasons. This is just one review that Im gonna do. More to come.

I have been a patient of dedicated senior center for 4 years now. My doctor is doctor villamagna at the largo center.
At the beginning I felt very well taken care there , I even recommended some of my friends to go there,but lately things have gone down hill.
I recently had a few medical issues that I needed referrals one of quite serious being a lump on my breast that needs to have a songram or whatever the next step is after a mammography.
It's been almost three weeks and i'm still waiting for a referral. Yesterday when I spoke to the office I was informed that the radiation service that needs to do. It had not sent through a work order. Which I know is not true because I was there when they sent it.
The other referrals I needed took forever to get to me.
My Doctor ordered me to go for an M. R. I. And he needed to order it for my neck and my lower back ,which he recommended. But it seemed for weeks all I could get them to do was try to schedule me for just the lower back it was very frustrating. Every time I call about an issue, the girls up front tell me they're sending a message to my Doctor but somewhere along theli ne either the messages are not getting to the doctor reason not acting on them
I was told that there referral department now handels the entire practice country wide and they were behind .
When I call the office yesterday about a prescription that was supposed to be sent to CV. S (my Prescription for a blood pressure med) I was informed I had to come in and pick it up. Which makes no sense since I wouldn't be seeing my doctor. And nobody bothered to call me and tell me. I had to come to the office to pick it up.
At first my Doctor seemed to have a lot of time for me now. I feel like he's just rushing out the door as he talks to me. I'm starting to feel very uncomfortable there. And i'm thinking about looking for a new practice.
