I have been going to Anona medical for years. Everything has changed doctors staff everyone has left. So I give them a chance. I see a new doctor that was on his computer 90percent of the time . Probably spending my insurance money on Amazon. lol. He doesnt even seem like he cares about what you are saying to him. He looks at me and says. You have more issues than I thought. I just needed a pcp 24 hours later I call the pharmacy and they have nothing from him. I called back and was told they sent him a reminder. Bottom line is I need a new doctor. Anyone going there. I would say find another doctor

I have been coming to this office for over 20 years. When they went corporate, everything went down hill. Now all of the staff has completely changed several times. They have all new staff and doctors as of January 2024. The horrible office manager is gone. Went to the office today and the office seems much better. The staff is pleasant and helpful and the doctors were great. The test will be if they can maintain this. Im going to try to keep an open mind.

Horrible practice now that it was sold to ClareMedica. I have since switched primary care physicians after seeing Dr. Howard for 14 years.

Ditto to everything that's been said. I will add that all of the good reputable Dr's are no longer with them. Dr. Howard and Dr. Patterson both are gone. No explanation was given. Claremedica is clearly more interested in profit over patient care. They were making every 2 month visits with Medicare patients whether they were needed or not. Would not recommend this office to anyone!
