Christa is the best in the business! After searching endlessly for the perfect sectional, I stumbled upon this store. Christa was very helpful and even arranged for the sofa to be delivered next day. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family.

A horrific experience. I tried to keep this short but its a lot to unpack. About a year and a half ago my wife bought a sectional couch from here that has been great. We moved to Virginia due to a military move and the living room looked empty. We reached out to see if they kept a file of us and could deliver some extra pieces. Christa said she found our last order and was more than willing to help get some more pieces to us. After some back and forth and waiting for some money to come through, we placed the order. Communication was great up until I made the payment. It was delayed and after calling about the driver, it came a week late. When they finally arrived they were the pieces to a different style couch. We called immediately to let them know and Christa assured us they would make it right. The owner, Victor, insisted we keep them and the delivery driver even said that didnt make sense. A month later in December we called wondering where they were and are told they wouldnt receive them until the end of January. They never reached out with timelines or let us know when they would be able to rectify their mistake. This was unacceptable and I demanded a refund. They objected saying we shouldve been there to ensure they were the proper pieces and they did right by letting us keep the other two, while knowing were in Virginia and we were explicit about it. We were berated and yelled by both Victor and Christa and I have texts to prove it. I was furious, my wife eventually suggested that we should get a refund and we would pay when they eventually made delivery, Victor agreed after a heated argument where he was yelling at my wife. This never happened. When I reached out for weeks about the refund they would read my messages and ghost me as well as ignore my calls and bank. I only say this now because my dispute with my bank has finally been resolved. Dont trust these people to honor their word. They only want your money and do not care about customer satisfaction.

Tampa Bay Furniture and Mattress, Pinellas Park location is awesome! The manager Christa, not only is friendly, helpful and patient, but she is very professional and courteous. So, I was perusing Hudsons Furniture , Havertys Furniture Store and American Signature Furniture for a front room contemporary sectional, when I saw Tampa Bay Furniture Mattress on Market place. The furniture looked amazing online, so I thought hmmmmm, I should just go by and check them out. When I saw the building, it looked so small from the outside, I thought it was a scam, but I decided to just go in too cross them off my list. To sum this up quickly, I not only purchased a sectional for my front den, I purchased a sofa and loveseat for my back den, including some amazing accessories for less than the price I would have paid for one sectional. Brand new, in the box top grain leather with top tier construction of the furniture, in which will last four years to come and a must have, that I am accustom to! This is one of the best kept secrets in Pinellas Park! The prices are so good I did not have to finance!!! Lastly, but not least, I love a warranty, so if you love a warranty you are going to love them! The delivery was quick, amazing and the delivery men were very careful, clean and very professional. I am a real customer and I was not paid to provide this review! Check them out, you will not be disappointed!
