Jay was wonderful to work with. I did sessions for quitting smoking and weight loss. My cravings have decreased dramatically and I didn't get the moody side effects that I have felt in the past! I love that you get to have the audio recordings of the sessions to aid in your success!! I would highly recommend using Jay for your needs.

I went to see Jay Hess not thinking much of it, just acting on a family member's request to fix an anxiety/phobia issue. I had never been hypnotized before, so I went into my first session not knowing what to expect. During that first hypnosis session, I was more physically relaxed than I have ever been in my entire life, like physically being in a deep sleep state while still being consciously awake. After one session, I knew Jay Hess was the real deal and that the hypnosis techniques he was using were very real. I went back for 2 more session, 3 in all, and by the end of the third session, he had completely cured my anxiety/phobia issue, nearly instantly after that third session. I went from using a ritualistic coping mechanism that I had been using for 5 years every single time I had to confront my anxiety/phobia, to feeling absolutely no need to use my coping mechanism anymore, even when directly faced with my anxiety/phobia inducing issue head-on. It has now been well over 3-4 months since my last session with Jay Hess, and my anxiety/phobia inducing issue is still 100% completely gone, and without ever once feeling the need to return to my coping mechanism that I had been so attached to for 5 years before meeting Jay Hess. If you have any anxiety or phobia that's been interfering with your quality of life, and you want to get rid of it for good, coping mechanisms and all, then I would definitely recommend Jay Hess, he is the real deal! He changed my life for the better, and I know he can do the same for you too.

I saw Jay for a bit of a food addiction. I no longer think about what I'm gonna eat next, as I'm eating, but I've had a ton of other "side effects" ! In a phrase....Life Changing! Let me not forget the added benefit of getting an audio email of your session. PERFECT for a daily guided meditation. Thank you Jay - XO

What a wonderful experience to have hypnotherapy to quit smoking and feeling so relaxed. Jay is wonderful and funny too! It was a pleasure to meet him and I would highly recommend giving him a call!

I started seeing Mr. Hess for claustrophobia this year when 2 mg of Lorazepam did not help me with my multiple radiation treatments. After the first session with Mr. Hess I was finally able to calm down and sit still through each treatment. Now we are working on wearing a radiation mask and I feel very confident that he will get me there. His work is literally life saving.
