I needed some/a lot of work done at my home so I called Rose building contractors Incorporated and I can only say great things about the work that was done to my home I could not be happier the owner's name is Wayne and he treated me with the utmost respect and was very professional and everything turned out beautifully I highly recommend anyone to utilize his services especially being a single woman we don't need or want to be taken advantage of for our lack of knowledge of home renovations I call him now for anything and everything that I might need done and I know that he won't take advantage and that's very important to me as an older my renovations turned out lovely. We had serious issues with our roof trusses due to termites. We had the home tented and Rose Building Contractors did a great job of rebuilding many of our trusses in place and strengthening other that were lesser affected. Some of the work required the removal of some areas of our ceilings, so it was pretty messy. Wayne brought in an electrician and air conditioning guy to address some items that were in the way of the repairs. In the end we have a home that is safe and sound AND TERMITE FREE! YAY!!! Our floor was collapsing, and we had no idea why. We searched online for a reliable company to help us. Rose Building was recommended for structural repairs. Wayne came out and assessed our issues. He worked with a structural engineer to design a proper fix and then did a great job making our home safe and sound once again. We highly recommend Wayne Rose and Rose Building.

Rose Building Contractors were a breath of fresh air to do business with. 9 years ago we used another company to remodel our master bathroom, and it was a horrible experience. We had concerns about tackling more changes to the house. Wayne Rose was wonderful. He is obviously a talented builder and a great designer. We are happy customers!
