I came to this location because of the troubles that I have with my loan location. Doreen was amazing helping me when I was upset and even helped with my baby so that I could take care of business. Manager James called multiple sources and was able to finally resolve some issues and address others for me. I am happy to have gone here and greatful for the help and patience they gave toward my situation.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT SO GREAT! I REQ. FOR THEM TO PICK UP FURNATURE AND THEY REFUSED TO DO SO. I HAD TO TAKE IT TO THEM. THEY ALWAYS CALLED ME WHEN PAYMENTS WEREN'T DUE OR WHEN I HAD ALREADY CALLED AND SET UP FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENT. THEY HAD TERRIBLE "IN OFFICE" COMMUNICATION.

staff is experienced in getting you to purchase what you do not want. They over charge and if one payment is missed by one day then they harass you every day and the people you have as a reference
