        Worst customer service ever on the weekends. You can tell these people hate their job. If you dont like working with the public in a hospital setting then find another job you enjoy doing. Will never do business here again.

        This Dunkin is already the slowest around and with a line around the building the staff is too busy taking smoke breaks togetherthis place should be closed soon

        Sue is fantastic! She always remembers my name and what I usually order. Whenever I have used points to try something new in the past that I didn'tquite like, we worked together to tweak it a little so it's more to my liking. I appreciate her commitment to excellent customer service.

        It's a place I've been to and I don't like it very much. Their employees were very rude to me for only wanting one donut, saying that they didn't have any more when I simply saw a lot of donuts and after insisting so much, Alfin gave me a donut but... rest is not so bad
