        I called this service. I told the guy on the phone that my car air conditioning is not working. Guy told me that I need to pay $ 250 to order a new freon air conditioner replacement. I told him that AutoZone just wanted to sell me freon in the store for $ 60. Why is it so expensive? He started to be very rude and told me - I don't want to talk to you. He hung up. This is worse customer service. You do not need to be so rude to your customers. I do not recommend this place - very rude customer service

      Sorry for your confusion but I told you if it's 134a it's $125 plus tax and 1234yf is $250 plus tax. That's for recovery, vacuum l, dye injection and freon. You insist on bringing your own freon and I told you we don't do that here. So I told you we can't help you with that if you want to bring your own freon. There's plenty of other shops that will kindly help you out but you won't accept that answer and decided to give me a 1 star. Hopefully you can find someone and good luck. Ease up on your entitlement on what shops should charge you when my prices are more than fair.
