Having a construction back ground, I am satisfied with the quality of construction. My best advice for anyone wanted to buy a house build by Home Dynamics is, get yourself a realtor to look out for your interests and DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT use their lender. Trust me, what ever discounts you can get you will lose it at the end. Their reps on the ground, Kelley and Gary are helpful and honest.

My wife and I went in to view the models. We really liked what we saw and decided to give Kelley a call the next day letting her know we wanted to move forward. She said she would hold the lot that we liked until we went back next week. I asked if she was sure and if I needed to come in that day to sign or put anything down. She reassured me that she would hold it. Fast forward to today. We walk in and sit down, and Kelley says “ just to let you know the lot you wanted is now gone”, but we have others. My wife and I looked at each other and said no thank you and walked out. Never again will I look at home dynamics homes.

This company has a nice design to their houses. That’s about as far as the quality goes. Customer service is horrible. Builder is horrible. No one shows up or responds calls or emails. No supervision for trades and no one checks their work. Overall the worst experience I ever had building a home.
