I had an unexpected vehicle breakdown last week, and much like past experiences with them, D & M Towing was on site impressively fast. Denny treated my 4Runner carefully, as Mark though it was an exotic luxury car, and hauled both me and the truck home in a brand new/spotless wrecker. I've used D @ M Towing several times now. They never disappoint, and I'll never call anyone else. Thanks Denny!

THIS "DREAM" WAS A NIGHTMARE! Insurance set up roadside assistance to have this company pick up my friend's car to be towed to the dealer for service. They informed me that I would have to wait 90 MINUTES (which is unacceptable to begin with) to have the car towed. When they told me to "leave the keys with the car", I explained to them that that was not an option because I would not leave my friend's car unattended. After 90 minutes, I called again and a new girl told me that I would have to wait another 45 minutes (total of over 2 hours) to have the car towed. When I was finally permitted to speak to a supervisor, I was told that he "was in the business of solving problems and would get someone out there ASAP." Apparently, in the South, ASAP = 4 HOURS OF WAITING. That being said, once the driver actually showed up, he was courteous and sent me pictures of the car safely delivered to the dealer. Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone because of the inexcusable amount of time I had to wait to get the car to the dealer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
