While visiting Tampa, FL in October 2011, a family need developed in which I needed the help of attorney that could provide estate documents for my brother that had special needs. I research the web and I founded Kimberly Muenter, explained my immediate need for an power of attorney, living will, and help with surrogate estate documents before leaving the area. Attorney Muenter understood my issue and met with me the same day--all the documents were ready the very next day. Again, in December 2020, my brother, a cancer patient, needed someone to help him with navigate his life as he goes through his cancer treatment. I was in Maryland, Kimberly was in Tampa. One call to her, expressing the need for estate documents--again, Kimberly was prompt--she faxed the documents to the hospital for my brother to sign. I recently consulted Kim Muenter to prepare a VA trust for my mother. She was very sweet and patient with my elderly mother and aided us in preparing the documentation that was needed to set up the trust. It was a lengthy process. She was always available when we needed her and took the time to answer all of our questions. When we needed help from the VA for her assisted living, Kim aided us in applying for benefits.
