I went here on Thanksgiving so take from this review what you will. Service was awful. 40% gratuity was added to the bill automatically which explains why we never had water at our table. The "prime rib" was grey, absolutely over cooked and no one seemed to care. Very disappointed by the service, price and quality tonight. Avoid this spot, there are many nearby who actually care.

Overpricef,burger flat with no flavor, nor spiced,asked for msyo,waited 15 minutes,finally mayo came when we finished eating not worthy for the price

We had a work event and chose the Polo Grill and Bar for dinner, utilizing one of their private rooms. The atmosphere is very good and the rooms are well-designed. Our food was decent - everything was good, but nothing to write home about. We had good cocktails in the bar ahead of time, a decent selection of wines, and good options on the menu. The service was horrible. It started out fine, but there was only one server assigned to our party of sixteen, and she could not keep up. To make matters worse, she didn't show up for long stretches at a time so that I had to get up and serve the wine myself. Our water glasses were not refilled. She also could not answer my questions on the wine and some of the food, which is annoying to say the least for a private event. We enjoyed dinner anyway and wound up ordering more cocktails as we enjoyed the DJ on the dance floor. However, later we discovered that a 20% gratuity had already been added to our bill, which we were not informed of. The person signing for the check was much more generous than I would have been and left an additional 20%. The meal was already more than $1000, and our waitstaff deserved a tip for trying, but certainly not 40%. We called the next day to ask for a correction to the bill, and have made several calls since that time. Naturally, our calls have not been returned. You would think that the management would want to earn my business for future events, right? I have a staff of more than 40 and I like the convenient location of the Polo Grill. Very unprofessional.
