Customer Service is a lost art these days but not with Matt Parker, the Manager at T-Mobile @ 4120 S Florida Avenue. His patience and persistence with my Insurance claim showed how much he appreciates my business. He was diligent in resolving my situation and even helped me load various apps on my other phone until my claim is completed. As a 7 year customer, I left his store feeling valued and appreciated. If you want great and efficient service with your phone carrier, check out Matt, Eduardo, Logan and his team! Their customer service is the best I’ve experienced in a long time. We've had the pleasures of having the Dynamic Trio, MATHEW "The store manager" Logan and Alex. All I can say is the last visit to T Mobile was Beyond My Expectations. Not only did they say I will try their best to help but THEY MADE EVERYTHING PERFECT ❤️. I am Forever grateful for the Descent and caring professionals that work at the South Florida store. Mathew and Logan. Between the two they figured out my issue and did not give up until the job was done. I am Forever grateful Thank you Mathew, Logan and Alex for being here for us.
