Dylan is "The Real Deal". I was so impressed with this young man's professionalism, quality of work, and communication. Our roof is about 8 years old and had basically turned black over the years (originally it was a sand color). Dylan's knowledge of the roofing materials, proper OEM recommended soft-wash cleaning procedures, and the necessary precautions he took to prevent any collateral damage let me know that he was the right person for this job.
