I purchased a walk in shower kit and picked up Nov. 21st, today Dec. 28th I had a contractor come over to install, he pulled out the pan and said this is a center drain you need a right drain. The center drain means you need to cut a joist to move pipes. I call MHD to ask them if I can switch out the pan only for right drain, they inform me that is the only drain they offer and that my 30 days has expired to return. I said are you serious as a representative selling these nobody asked me if the drain was left, right or center. We count on these businesses to direct us in the right direction on our purchases as most of us are not contractors. This is a stock item and they can resell easily, as when I ordered mine they were on back order. This was my second purchase and will be my last, Ill go somewhere that they actually care and point you in the right direction!
