DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY!!!! I have never had an experience from an insurance company or any business for that matter like I did in my five months of being with these agents through state farm. James told me if I have been making my payments through them TO ASSUME I HAD INSURANCE. ASSUME!!! What did it say in the app you ask?? NOTHING the app showed I had NO INSURANCE and when I asked JAMES why it was showing that his response was " well have you been making your payments?" (Yes but late so unsure of how much I owe and cannot check the app) " Have you been in any accidents??" ( No? ) THEN I WOULD ASSUME I HAD INSURANCE WAS HIS RESPONSE. He could not confirm whether the payment plan him and Sandra set up for me reinstated my insurance or not and to keep paying them and once I get up to date the app would work. I paid these people another $200 a week before Christmas to find out after fighting with customer service I had not been insured since Nov 22. I found out they absolutely know if I'm insured or not by looking at my file which he lied to me about and proceeded to tell my husband after he called that "women like to freak out over nothing". I never received a text message, an email, paper mail or a phone call once from state farm after starting my policy and my app stopped working after my insurance was cancelled - all while I'm under the impression that I am on a payment plan and my insurance is valid. Sandra was advising James while he was being extremely rude over the phone with me.. There is no one else in that office over these people so they say and do anything they want with no reprocussions and it is unbelievable. If I had to walk 10 miles through the dessert in the summer, barefoot, with four people on my back to get to work I would before I will ever recommend these agents to anyone EVER.
