One star is too many. This is insurance company is terrible. They can't even provide an accurate list of providers. It seems to me they are steering patients to where they want. The insurance companies are out of control bullies and responsible for the breakdown of health care in the US. They tell me they save m 83,000. not. This is the amount they squeezed out of the doctors and other providers so the stockholders can get richer.

I agree with the other reviews. I called the number provided to get a quote and the young lady who answered was friendly enough. She started asking me preliminary questions. I guess didn’t fit her demographic, because she promptly said “oh let me transfer you to the right department.” I thought I was in the right department for quotes! The she put me back on hold Only to be picked up by an automated operator asking what my policy number was. I tried to say I needed customer service. After a couple of minutes of “arguing” with a automated system she says I don’t seem to be able to understand what you’re needing, let me transfer you to customer service. Aargg!!!
Whatever happened to talking to people?
If you want to talk to computers or just be given the runaround, then I recommend this company for you!
