        This company was hired by our dictator of an HOA president against the what the homeowners wanted. The president and the PM claimed that they were hired to “write letters” at $30 per hour. The president patrols the neighborhood weekly and sends the pics to Mastermind to enforce the HOA presidents overreach of our covenants. Mastermind is now the only contact available on the violation letters now. Mastermind property Management doesn’t not care about residents only profiting off overzealous HOAs.
