Wonderful experience, I came in needing a breaker because my stove went out on me, once I came in I was greeted by James at the counter he got me what I needed no problem, but there was a problem I only had a certain amount available in my account so I was off by maybe $3 to make the purchase, James went and got the manager Mike who then cut the price so my card could go through, THANK YOU! You guys saved Thanksgiving!!!!!

This is the worst graybar. I travel all over country and only use graybar. This is the worst location. Guy on phone in the back is a complete ahole, guy behind counter is over worked!
Fix it graybar!
Maybe take any business to another supply house and skip this one.

Terrible customer service, Peter Martin is rude, condescending more concerned with his lunch break then customer service. He obviously doesnt know how to do his job. I would recommend doing business with a company that hires employees that are more knowledgeable and better trained in customer service so you dont waste your time.
