I went to this store to get a new phone. I have been boost client for a decade and never had any issue. I tried to apply for the boost up program (which I was eligible) and the young lady did every effort NOT to sell me the phone. She asked for my driver's license?? Social Security Number??? I think they wanted to hard pull my credit when it's absolutely NOT necessary to provide that information. Again, I have been boost client for a decade and every phone I and my family have have been bought from boost mobile... worse experience, will never visit this store!! keep away from places like this one folks!!

Awful, went in this morning 3/15/21
to add a line and buy a phone. The young women behind the counter was the absolute worst. She was literally doing transactions while having a personal conversation on her phone. Something about a car not working?
I don’t know, but when you’re taking my money, I’d like to have your undivided attention and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We walked out because she was too busy with whoever was on her phone.
Really annoying. Train your young staff a little better.
