Phone number on their corporate Google page doesn't work, and the local office never answers the phone, and the mobile app stopped allowing me to get quotes through that.

Been with geico for 14 years and have spent over $16,000 . You guys should be giving me insurance for next to nothing.I'm disappointed that they can't give me a better rate then state farm. I'll give the 5 stars if you guys can change that. You got to the end of this month. Before I switch. My disappointment is turning into anger at this point.

A employee here named Gary Sears took my phone number home with him and does prank calls to my phone I was able to block his number. He was rude and I don't know how he works there. I changed insurance companies same day

Unprofessional quote process. 20 min wasted I can never recover. They gave me a quote, put me on hold then doubled the premium after taking my credit card information. Unbelievable in 2021. Geico is a dishonest company.
