Going pretty good so far. I was traumatized by some other solar companies but these guys have been good. I'll keep you updated.

4 months later and I am still paying two bills. One for my system and one for electricity. If your system get installed with no issues they are great. If their are any problems they disappear and never call you back. I regret ever dealing with this company and I would take my business els-where.

Was surprised at the way it seemed that I was shifted around from person to person and was notified that certain personnel had been let go or had moved on it left me uneasy as to whom I was really dealing with at this company. Communications were spotty and sub-contractor did not provide all the equipment at the time they installed the solar panels. Did not receive this other equipment until months later. Overall solar panels are doing their job and have cut my power bill down but, due to the excessive heat of this summer it has been tuff getting a smaller electric bill. I will probably see a better return once the fall and winter seasons set in and electric usage drops and solar power generation makes for a better offset to the power bill.

Nightmare! Promises the world, tells you what you want to hear. At installation, I received a totally different system. When confronted the sales rep, his reply was the technology is changing so fast, how did I expect him to keep up with it. I was explained more by the installation people. They explained why I wasnt getting the back up system that would carry 2 plugs during outage as promised. It took 2 months for the new designs to be approved and stamped which held up the electric company to change the meter so I could use it. I paid 2 months of both, electric bill and solar bill. I am all about solar, but get quotes from a couple of people. Dont let them install unless all paperwork is done. After installation, they expect payment, but after payment, there is no motivation to complete the job. They offered me $150 to cover the double bill. I have an email from December that said it is in the mail. Along with my promotional items. It is February 27th, and nothing. I tried to contact my sales representative, Mike, but my emails are getting returned. He blocked me! Not a sign of an honest company!

I cannot say enough good about Sunlight energy. Mike Velez was my first contact and he walked me through the entire process and was always available by phone to answer any questions no matter how important or silly they may have been. I would recommend both Sunlight energy and Mike for any and all questions and solutions for solar energy
