DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They will reschedule on you at the last minute, not show up to the rescheduled time, and then not answer the phone when you call them. The answering service is useless, they aren't able to schedule or answer questions, their entire job is to redirect you to the owner, Andrew. Don't get tricked because you saw them on Groupon.

Cici was AWESOME! She was so nice and polite! Any company would be so lucky to have her working for them! She did an amazing job! The cleaning far exceeded my expectations! I’m truly blown away by how awesome, patient and kind she was! Thank you so much CICI!

Ginny was amazing and funny and she was a whiz with cleaning everything. She was a delight to be around and she made everyhting look every clean!

I started living in the Bal Harbour area seasonally, and I used First Calss Cleaning for the first time. I originally booked my cleaning through the site, and Andrew folowed up with me to confirm my cleaning a few days prior to the scheduled dates, and all others thereafter. Marcela the cleaning person that came to my condo was exceptional. She did little touches like making a flower on the toilet paper, folding my bathroom towels so nicely, and the overall cleaning was exceptional. I had tried another cleaning companing that was organic prior, and it was night and day between First Class Cleaning and that other company. A little note on the side, sometimes their system cancels an appointment out of the blues (it's a glitch), just reach out to Andrew if that happens and he will work with you. Service: Cleaning

I wish I read these horrible reviews before I got the Groupon for First Class Cleaning FLA. I scheduled the appointment to clean my home with the owner Andrew about 10 days prior. I took the morning off to be there and had guests coming – which is why I needed the cleaning. The day before my cleaning appointment, I texted Andrew at 8:50am confirming. When I didn’t hear from him by 3pm, I texted again, then left a message. I then called his answering service – nothing. That evening at 10pm, he texted to cancel and said that his “staff has a fever.” Why wasn’t I contacted during business hours to confirm or cancel? That way, I could have another cleaner come in. He either forgot my appointment or scheduled someone who wasn’t using a Groupon. After reading many of these reviews, I understand that this is how they operate. Buyer beware!
