I have been using Peace of Mind since 2013 and have found them to be the most professional caring folks I have ever used for pet sitting. I have four cats and one is 16 years old with special medical needs. Every visit to my home I get an text with a photo of my Sasha and how she is doing. I would not trust anyone else with my animals!

Stacy is not being truthful. Accept responsibility for what you did, learn from it and do better! After I left this review Stacy emailed me apologizing and begging me to take down my negative review and offered to send out another sitter! I had lost faith in her company by then, so I went ahead and hired another pet sitting company. I have email conversations with Stacy (JAN/17/2019 at 7:15 PM) where she asked for my phone number and I responded to her (JAN/17/2019 at 7:44 PM) with my phone number. I also put my phone number on the contact form I submitted on her website. Stacy gave my phone number to Keri (her employee) to contact me to set up a meet and greet! I spoke with Stacy's employee (Keri) on the phone a few times! This company is so unreliable and unprofessional. The owner Stacy takes forever to respond to emails. She never calls, only emails. Pet sitting my 4 cats is super easy, no litter boxes, only 1 litter robot to clean every 2 days, none of my cats need medication and 3 of them doesn't even require much attention because they usually hide from strangers under the bed. I really only needed someone to come by twice daily to feed them and pet my senior cat and put food out back for a few ferals at night. I have been emailing back and forth with Stacy since January 15th. Stacy told me Keri lives close to me and is available to pet sit my cats. I spoke with Keri on the phone, she asked me for the dates that I needed pet sitting, I gave her the dates (end of February) and she said "I will be gone most of February, but I will be back before your trip so I will be available to care for your cats." We set up a date for a meet and greet. I met with Keri 3 days (Jan 26th) ago and told her I would like to hire her to pet sit my cats and showed her where to put food for the feral cats. We agreed on time and terms. After Keri left, she texted me "Hi. It was nice meeting you and Wendy. Here's my email incase you need to reach me while I'm away." I then emailed Stacy Friday night to let her know that I would like to proceed with the contract to hire Keri. I have not gotten a response from Stacy to this date. Today (Jan 29th) I texted Keri to let her know that I have not heard back from her boss and the slow response time is a red flag for me. Keri texted me a long message saying " when I return from my wedding and honeymoon, that I maybe still be a little overwhelmed myself and I might not be the best fit for your needs at this time." Why did you meet with me and accept the job and wait 3 days to tell me that you can't do it. If I had not texted her, she probably wouldn't have had the courtesy to let me know that she doesn't want the job. She was told before she met me the dates I need pet sitting and she said she would be back in time from her trip so she would be available to care for my cats. Luckily, for me I met with several other candidates and I started my search more than a month in advance of my trip. Peace of Mind will definitely not give you peace of mind about your pet wellbeing. Be very careful hiring these unreliable people.
