Signature Painting

We do not know anyone in the area for a great home painter; I can only rely on Google search and had contacted companies who were willing to come over for FREE estimate at the soonest possible time before the rainy days start. I was able to have 3 out of 4 companies I called (two which is family-owned business and the other was a franchise company) promptly came. In the end, my husband & I chose SIGNATURE PAINTING, INC for the following reasons: 1) Mr. Dan Ruiz is very personable and all smiles despite all the questions in person/over the phone and unending emails. Of course, he wants our business and so does the other companies yet he did not make us feel that we are just a number; we never felt we were rushed on all our conversations (as compared to the competitor). 2) We prefer that the main contact person is knowledgeable & would personally attend to the project. Thus, we did not go with the franchise company because our main contact person was the salesman. 3) The lowest bid is always the goal for us. And if we'd based on it the written figures, Signature Painting quote may not be the cheapest; but after doing the math, it came out to be the BEST quote as it has 10 years workmanship warranty as compared to others (giving only 2-5 years). Also, it comes with 7 year mold/mildew and algae warranty which was not offered by the competitors. The aforementioned reasons are only the beginning; and, we never regret choosing Signature Painting since then. Dan Ruiz was very accommodating to swing by our home for few times to paint on the wall the sample colors despite short notice. Furthermore, his crews are very courteous, arrive on time and work quietly & focused on what they are doing. The end result made our house looked brand new with all the cracks/holes covered & the broken wall/damage concrete on the corners & window sills were all fixed. Indeed, we found a great Painting contractor; Dan is not doing his business just for a hand shake but a professional with great character who guarantees the craftsmanship for 10 years. Overall, a home exterior painting project could be stressful especially when we cannot paint the house ourselves & the budget is tight yet want the best outcome. However, having someone like Dan Ruiz on your side has made a lot of difference. He did not only took away the daunting task of painting but he also gave us the peace of mind that whatever happens (paint chip/ cracked, fading & etc.) he just a call away. Definitely, he is someone I would keep on my contact lists and I would not be shy to refer him.

Signature Painting did a very good job painting both the inside and outside of our house. They were neat clean and efficient and did a wonderful job making the house look new both inside and out. I would and have recommended Signature Paint to many friends and family.

I can't say enough great things about Dan and his crew. After getting estimates in July and choosing Signature (best guarantee, best paint) we verbally agreed on sometime around the 3rd week in August. True to his word when I called the 2nd week of August to check on his schedule and say we were ready, so was he. as promised, (so refreshing!!) They started by pressure cleaning the house then spent an entire day doing prep work, covering everything that wasn't suppose to be painted, filling nail holes, priming new wood we replaced, just everything you can think of. All of our windows have shutters on them so that was a lot of tape and plastic! They cleaned up and put everything back in its place as much as possible each day before they left. The work was finished on time, and Dan made some suggestions that I was originally not completely comfortable with but said to trust him and I did and they looked absolutely great!! I can't tell you how amazing it was when I did a walk around the house on final inspection and did not find even 1 place that needed to be even touched up. I will certainly be calling Signature when we're ready for the inside of the house. Thanks Dan, you made our project easy!!!

Dan with Signature Painting is great! I have used him for 4-5 different jobs, including the interior and exterior of my home and he always delivers above and beyond my expectations. On time and on budget. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a quality paint job from a trustworthy contractor.
