I have been dealing with this company for the past 4 years as my landlord hired them, not me. However, as tenants, since we are the ones that deal with them directly, I would not have spent another dollar using this company. There is a total lack of communication and God forbid you call to ask about the status of something that was promised to you, the staff will be rude and condescending. Bonnie specifically told me that I would hear back from someone regarding our new AC in 72 hours. After over a week later, I called back & spoke to a gentleman who said Bonnie would call me back within another 72 hours. After 4 days of waiting, I called back again only for Bonnie to be extremely disrespectful. There are many companies that are happy to have business right now, dont give your money to rude, ungrateful, unprofessional people. Service: Install AC

So pleased with today's service to replace the condenser fan motor on my mom's 15 year old unit. System is working efficiently again. Angel saved the day. He is knowledgable, patient, respectful, honest, prompt and fairly priced. And Bonnie who handles the scheduling and invoicing side is also very pleasant. Highly recommend this company.
