Horrible. Just yesterday, my dad took me to get my hair TRIMMED for prom because my hair was getting in my eyes. This lady who probably didnt understand that much English told me to show her a photo FOR A TRIM. I showed her the length I wanted and she completely screwed up my hair and it looks nothing like the picture now I have to wear a wig to prom! Never go here!

Came to the door 6.42 to be informed that lady needs to prepare for closing . If you lock 6.40 pm put sign open till 6.30 Just a joke . Ive been there many times but whoever was there tonite is just an ignorant January 17th 2022

This was a horrible experience. I went in with my son and asked for his hair to be cut and kept long all on the top. The girl cut his hair too short and made it crooked. Another girl went to fix it because the 1st girl had another client which I thought was rude of her not to just fix it real quick. The 2nd girl cut the opposite side of the crooked area to where I had to stop her because she was making it choppy and ruined it even worse. I was so upset with them. They are horrible stylists and they clearly dont know what they are doing. I dont know how they have a certificate. I dont see how you can mess up a simple cut. They clearly dont listen and made it clear they didnt even care how upset I was. I shouldve just done it myself! Dont go here!! Service: Haircut
