I placed an order the day before my daughters birthday. They delivered it one day late. After speaking to customer service ; I was told there was nothing they could do. I will never use them agin.

I placed an order that never got delivered. I paid extra fee to get it delivered within one hour.
I also got no updates from it. I called the store for 30mi a no one answered. I went in person during business hours and it was closed.
When you call them and they are not open, the phone call actually says we are not during business hours so the store, according to their hours listed on Google and on their store for example, should have been open.
