As President of the association we conducted a through search and selection process prior to contracting with United Professional Eng. United's personnel were professional and knowledgeable in all areas of the project including the selection of the Contractor and in reaching the contract structure. When the actual work commenced the UPE personnel were engaged throughout the effort, conducting weekly meetings, issuing project min. and reports. This process kept the association informed throughout the project term. The project completed on a bit ahead of the projected schedule. The principle has been available and helpful in all of our requests for his personal involvement and his project leadership team equally helpful and critically important worked well with all parties involved in the effort. They made a stressful time manageable.
