This is a okay neighborhood, it is quiet and nobody messes with you. The issue comes with the staffing and how they handle certain issues. They always have excuses as to why they do not get stuff done. it took a week to get my toilet fixed and bout 3-4 month for them to properly fix my front door. They lied to me and my son's father before we moved into the apartment saying the whole kitchen was remodeled, nothing in that apartment is remodeled. Now I have rats in my apartment I called yesterday they said they would take care of it until a contractor can come in and take care of it and they couldn't even put the traps down until the contractor came. The only reason I am still there is because I do not want to loose my deposit, ,but i am getting very close to saying screw the deposit
