        When I dropped off my Cartier wristwatch to have the battery replaced the lady behind the counter dropped the watch on the stone floor and the winding mechanism stem broke off. When I was finally able to pick the watch up the watchmaker had been unable to replace the battery and the new winding mechanism was out of proportion with the rest of the watch. The jeweler became huffy and begrudgingly found the broken stem. I am now saddled with an expensive repair that was not of my making.

      Again Ms. Katherine I apologize for this. I mentioned I have two other options to check on for repairs and I would still be happy to do so and I will take care of repair. We do our best when unfortunate situations arise, thankfully it’s not often but we’re human so we hope you’d reconsider letting us make this right.
