Gemma Winslet Nail Lounge

Yay!! Finally a nail salon that gets what a pedicure should be. I walked in with zero wait for a pedicure on a midday afternoon. Everyone was so friendly. Decor is super stylish and felt like I was in a high end salon. I thought the price was really reasonable for the area and the service I got. The location is newly opened and, being a business owner, know how crazy it can be to start an endeavor like this (kinks are inevitable!)...seems like they’ve gotten into their groove and would highly recommend checking it out.

Gemma Winslet Nail Lounge started following me on Instagram, so I decided to follow them back. I loved what I saw on their IG. In the about section on their website, GemmaWinslet.com, the owner stated that she never found a nail salon that was satisfactory and that met her standards, so she decided to create one. I love that thought so I decided to give Gemma Winslet Nail Lounge a try. I called and booked an appointment for the same day and luckily they were able to take me. They’re in the new Park Lane Plaza At International Parkway and Heathrow Park Lane. Imagine my delight to walk into a beautiful, light space with marble floors, pretty pink and white walls, and gold accents. Upon check in I was greeted warmly & asked if I’d like water or soda. I declined both & was seated on that sweet mauve couch for a few minutes until my technician came for me - it was just a few minutes’ waIt. I had a classic pedi with Rita, who was awesome. I loved her energy and she was easy to talk to. She, too, offered me a drink including wine, which I took. (Apparently they’re going to start offering complimentary mimosas on Sundays so I’m pretty excited for that.) Anyway, Rita did an excellent job on my pedi. I’ll spare you a pic of my toes but they’re stellar - the surface is smooth and perfect. Their prices were stellar too. I highly recommend Gemma Winslet Nail Salon if you’re in Heathrow/Lake Mary.
