Great service! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was able to work with me and give me all of the information I needed and set me up with an appointment as soon as I was available. Chris, the technician who showed up was on time and very professional and was able to get my key within 20 mins of his arrival. When it came time to pay I was charged my quoted price. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Kris was great! Showed up when he said he would be there. Introduced himself and got right to work. In no time he had unlocked my door and was done. Definitely took him longer to drive here then it took him to unlock my door. Hopefully I don’t have to call him again.

Dealing with Auto Lock Specialist is a breeze. I called them for a new master key for my truck, within a hour they were at my house doing a new key. Service person is extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again, but if I lock myself out of my truck I will not hesitate to call them again. Services: Vehicle key cutting, Car key programming
