This man is a fraud!!! He does home inspections to rip people off!! Recently did my home inspection for my 1st home and falsely documented his report as if everything was working and up to code and in reality all he did was take a bunch of pictures and noticed my dishwasher was not working. He failed to notice my AC/Heater unit was not working, my breaker-box is not up to code, etc. He claims no responsibility, refuses to refund me my money and says "the issues you are reporting now were not reported at the time of inspection or not in the scope of the inspection" however, they were not reported because I am not a professional home inspector that is what I hired him for to find and address things that need to be brought up to standards in order for the home to pass inspection and he also documented in his report everything worked and was "serviceable" as he liked to put it. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
