I’m purchasing a home on Hamlin Reserve everything has gone great until after we signed contract, The finished of the houses are very poor, so if you want to have a nice home you must go to the design studio and spend a lot of money on your priority finish of your home, like, on flooring, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms tiles, we spend 50k on finishing and not done yet, and we didn’t choose the top rated floorings or cabinets but the less expensive, so by saying this I mean don’t let them fool you with the nice model homes that they showed you ‘cause the reality is nothing like that, My house still under construction and will be ready by the end of April and Right now I requested to change exterior color and they don’t let me so it’s literally what they rush to to pick up at the beginning of contract and that is pretty much it on top of that there is a lot limitation on your construction design from them, I do not recommend this company builder to any one, Very disappointing, This company sales does not value the customer. They don't do the right thing when it comes to a conflict and act underhandedly. They don't resolve issues when it's the right and easy thing to do. Not trustworthy.

Worst builders and installed cheap quality AC units at Fountain Parke. I Closed in 2015 Nov brand new Home. I had to replace coil $700 in labor charges, I had to call someone in 2016 heater wasn’t working $200, 2017 Again Heater not working temperature dropped to 60s kids freezing. It’s ridiculous I was cheated and I can’t do anything about it.
