Loving Donation Inc is ***PERMANENTLY CLOSED***

We had pretty much EXACTLY the same story with Loving Donations! We paid somewhere around 20K upfront for all the fees, ect. After months of cycling, the ivf doctor deemed this donor "unfit" due to he determined that she was not taking her meds nor her injections. We asked for our monies back due to it was Loving Donations job to provide a qualified donor! NOTHING! 20K GONE! I'd be happy to go in on a Class Action LawSuit if anyone is interested. I was a Loving Donation donor and the entire process went very smoothly & everyone I worked with were so professional & kind. I have no hesitation recommending Loving Donation to intended parents and young ladies interested in being donors.

Deana reached out to me to start a cycle, she told me that If I said yes to the cycle she would pay me a extra 500.00 just for agreeing to do the cycle. I said yes, Deana said she sent the check in the mail. I never received the check, she called me a week later saying the cycle had been canceled for whatever reason. Whenever i called to see how things were going, she told me i would receive contracts within a week. I didn’t receive the contracts nearly three weeks later, She acted like she was sooo busy. I wouldn’t recomeneed working with her for something that is so precious and dear. She is very unprofessional, and doesn’t think of others.

My relationship as an egg donor started off well with Loving Donation. Deana was slow but responsive and I had a signed contract within a couple months of applying to be a donor with her agency. The cycle kept getting pushed back due to the recipients living far away and the clinic being hard to communicate with. However, things progressed and Deana called me to set up my initial appointment. She talked me into paying my own travel expenses up front with the promise that she would have my reimbursement waiting in the mail when I got home. She also helped set up local monitoring before flying in for retrieval. This is where everything went bad. I found out from the local clinic that Deana had not been paying for the monitoring nor had anyone been able to contact her. I had to negotiate with the retrieval clinic to make sure my additional expenses got paid and that I would be compensated according to my contract. In the end I lost nearly 2000 in expenses that I paid and the recipients lost even more because they wanted to continue with the retrieval. Deana stole thousands of dollars from the couple who had beem waiting months for my availability and in the pressure of the situation they had to decide to pay additional money to get what they had been promised. I still have heard nothing from Deana and had an overall terrible experience. Egg donation is not something I take lightly as it is extremely hard on my body as well as my work schedule. The recipients also faced so many emotions and possible financial difficulties when the experience should have been exciting and a positive stress with the possibility of a baby. Please avoid Deana DeGroot, her husband, and their agency. They are not legitimate and a decision like this should not be left to such an untrustworthy source. Again both donors and recipients make sure you find a legitimate agency with good reviews and proof of success and contract execution. AVOID DEANA AT ALL COSTS. She is a manipulative, a liar, and a thief.
