DO NOT SKIP OVER THIS REVIEW!!!! I ignored the negative reviews and am already paying for it in a big way. The website says if the billing and shipping address are one in the same that no additional verification is required. That was a lie. I ordered with a card that had same shipping and billing info and 3 days later I get an email saying they want a picture of my ID and pictures of my credit card front and back. They claim this is a form of fraud protection, yet they took the money out of my account immediately upon purchasing. Extremely rude salesman charley tried blaming automated services for this. Now its 4 days later and i have no way to verify my order has even been released for shipping. Or when it will be or if it will be. According to charley, I didnt spend enough money (only $525) for him to care because most of his customers purchase way more expensive units so he's able to better assist them. Could've spent an extra $9 and ordered this same unit from Amazon. And if what im telling you here isnt enough, look at the arrogant and unprofessional response from the supposed owner to other people's negative reviews. If I can't get an answer soon, I'm just going to request a refund though i dread how that will go. Im honestly a bit nervous they may retaliate for my seeking answers and send me a broken unit or just delay shipping it for a long period of time. I'm self employed with a family. Ordered from here because they claim a speedy safe delivery process, its simply been anything but speedy or safe. If they were really concerned with stopping fraud, this information and photos would be requested and required prior to them taking your money, which they did immediately.
