        Had a great experience in-store and the staff appeared to be very knowledgeable. It was the after that was horrid. All I went in to do was an upgrade from an older iPhone to the iPhone 12 and somehow they added 2 lines to my family plan which caused a whole host of other problems. They also charged my boyfriend an extra $110 on top of what he was supposed to pay. Terrible.
