The project that I brought to Thomas was to refinish my wood kitchen cabinets, remedy layout issues, and generally refresh and update my 20 year old kitchen -- on a budget. Thomas had really great suggestions and blended a custom stain color that worked well with my fireplace in the family room and my floors. He also created a distressed paint finish for my island that brought in a lovely green which works well with my home. His attention to detail helped transform my kitchen's function and beauty. He communicated well during the project, was easy to work with, and exceeded my goals for a beautiful kitchen refresh. I highly recommend him! WOW! Where to start -- Thomas and his team completely blew my mind from the second I called! - they followed through, were very efficient and communicative with all details of my needs, ensured understanding on both ends and did such a wonderful job adding onto my kitchen. The wood and finish matched exactly to my pre-existing cabinets I added onto. Tom did not stop until everything was perfect, he made sure we were happy before he left and always came in with a smile. He even bought us a bottle of vodka after he built our bar pantry. It was such a breath of fresh air to feel like I was getting what I paid for and more!! Also, best price out there. 10 STARS! Buyer beware. Thomas did a complete custom kitchen including ceiling and lighting. What a disaster. The ceiling is atrocious. The cabinet doors aren’t level. The soft close drawers don’t close all the way. The upper cabinets were a shiny finish while the lower were a Matt finish when he tried to collect a final payment. We still don’t have shelves in the lower cabinets. He did correct some of the shiny finish but a large section entering the kitchen is still shiny. Thomas stained some of the cabinets after the counter tops were in place. There are stain dribbles all over the counter tops and they don’t come out. He fired his crew 2 times while working on our kitchen. We had to move our move in date because he hadn’t finished the job. Still didn’t finish on time. Actually it’s 3 months later and it’s not finished and he doesn’t respond to calls or texts. Service: Custom cabinets

I am so glad my sister told me about and actually showed me her refaced kitchen cabinets. I was about to spend a whole bunch of money on new cabinets that I really didn't like that much. Well, this company exceeded my expectations.

Cabinet Refinishing/Painting Tom started somewhat professional. He called back (took a while but he called). He told me “whatever you do don’t hire a handyman to paint these custom cabinets”. He explained he was a general contractor for many years & has now been doing this for 20+ years. He explained they paint them in the shop with 11 coats & it’d cure harder & smoother than any cabinet would originally be. He mentioned doing a phased approach so that we would have a functioning kitchen. He started the project on time. He came by to take the cabinet/drawer fronts to paint in the shop about a week before he started inside the house. In his terms it‘d be a “minimally invasive” process. He said he was going to tape off all the contents in my cabinets & drawers so that I wouldn’t have to move anything. He should’ve just asked me to remove everything because now I have pieces of wood, drywall, dust and debris all over every single item in my kitchen! He is a lot of talk.... He kept voicing how my project was a little project and he had all these big projects that he was working on so he was just trying to squeeze me in. Not the right thing to say to a customer! He says that he is a turnkey solution because he can bring in everybody to do the work for you. He brought in a countertop company. He said that they were gonna be by at my home at 3 PM they didn’t show up until 6 PM on a weeknight. They were in our home until 12am... working on the countertops. Sawing/drilling/using loud power tools with our two-year-old trying to sleep. Completely inconsiderate & unprofessional! I asked him if this was normal because they were here so many hours & so late. He said that’s when they usually work because they have other day jobs. When I mentioned it to Tom he said he didn’t know they would be here so late and he acted like the countertop people got it wrong. The following day he came in with a worker & yelled at him in a degrading tone to do the work in specific ways. Turns out the person who did the work just started & didn’t know what he was doing. Tom mentioned that he let the guy go. Needless to say he messed up our entire house not only our kitchen but all our spare bathrooms cabinets as well. Handles are crooked...paint missing...paint along the floor... damaged around the handles where you can see old color... crooked doors/drawers now out of alignment. He broke our light fixture & said he would replace it, well I never got it & had to pay $40 to just replace the glass. I wish my project wasn’t a guinea pig for him! On another day he came in with a drywall guy. He said he had the best drywall guy in all of Orlando and the person couldn’t even match the finish to 1% of what it needed to be! Tom said he would address everything & make it right. I mentioned to him that I was being patient. He raised his voice and said “patient?!”in an irate tone. He swore up and down that they would rectify everything, go through all my concerns and make them right. He demanded final payment when my husband wasn’t around he said it in a threatening way & I didn’t feel comfortable so I gave him the final payment. I wish I hadn’t done so because now he’s gone missing & hasn’t responded to anything. He acted like he was doing me a favor & saying he didn’t charge me for the plumbing work or for the installation of the sink. But I would’ve rather been charged for that & have this project turn out the way that I had originally wanted it. Instead I’m left with my kitchen up in the air so many imperfections it’s embarrassing. When he saw everything that was wrong I think he just didn’t want to deal with it. First he told me he was busy & he would be back. He came back one day for a few hours while my husband was working from home he made a lot of noise banged around & then just left he didn’t even tell us he was leaving. I tried calling him to follow up & he has not responded. I called about 10 times within the last months, sent text messages and nothing! I strongly suggest that you find someone else!
