Joss and his team did an amazing job! Arrived on time and performed a septic tank cleaning and inspection. Joss and team are very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of the questions we had about the septic system. We are very satisfied with his service and will continue to hire him in the years to come.

I contacted Atlantic Septic back in February of 2021 for the purpose of a septic inspection prior to the purchase of our home. Joss was amazing throughout the entire process, he communicated often, addressed all my needs and the price was very reasonable. He even went above and beyond and pointed out things that others would over look. What blows my mind about this company is that I contacted them again seven months later to ask a question about the location of the septic and other questions that a new homeowner does not think to ask prior to closing. Joss not only answered all my questions, but he even came out and flagged the area where the septic and drainfield are located so I would be mindful of it whenever I planted my trees. He also didn't make me feel dumb for asking he was so caring and patient. He didn't have to do that and others would have charged to come back out - but he didn't. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days. They've earned a lifelong customer that is for sure! I am very pleased and I cannot thank them enough.
