I ordered a couch back in September. After almost 6 months it finally came in, but it was the wrong color. There was also a discrepancy on my receipt. I paid more originally than what I should have been charged. So I went in and I talked to Sam Palmer and he said that he would order the right color, and then call corporate and have them issue a refund for the difference. I have yet to see either and I can never get anyone on the phone. I am beyond disappointed.

According to LinkedIn, the owner's name is Clay Gibson. According to the website he owns stores in Waycross, GA, Valdosta, GA, Tifton, GA, and Lake City, FL. Looking at the Google reviews it seems there is a similar pattern with all stores, albeit Lake City is by far the worst. If there are any attorneys out there, I'm seeing a class action lawsuit against Ashley Furniture regardless if they are independently owned. We paid over $1700 cash for a bedroom set and continue to get the run-around. We will be filing a small claims suit after the "22 week" delivery date. It will be worth the $175 filing fee and attorney fees after we win.

This store is scamming our community! I too ordered furniture from this location in October 2022. It is now March 2023 and I have not heard from anyone at the store nor have I received the furniture I bought. The store is closed right now with a sign on the door claiming medical emergency, but I am concerned that it's all BS and that this location is taking their customers' money and running! The Ashley Furniture corporate office claims that this is a individually owned franchise and so they refuse to get involved. Do not buy from this store if they reopen, and do not buy Ashley furniture due to their poor quality and awful customer service!

This store (Lake City, Florida) is running a scam on my local community. In October of 2022, they had a massive ad campaign for a sale which included paid drivers of cars with advertisements on top and people with signs at major intersections. Needless to say, I (like others in my community) was scammed out of almost $4000 of furniture I bought during the sale. It is now March of 2023, and I have heard nothing from this store. I have not received the furniture I ordered, and I have not received a refund. Calls to the store go unanswered. Corporate calls are routed overseas and the representatives claim no knowledge of the orders because it is a locally-owned store. I visited the store to cancel my order and it has been closed for 2 days with a sign taped to the door stating a medical emergency. I am concerned that the owner is trying to run with the customers' money. This is a fraudulent business and a blight on our community! If they ever reopen, do not spend your money here!!!!
