For the most part all of the tests were done expediently and with the utmost professional assistance in accomplishing each one. Upon completion however of the testing process, no one what was wrong with me I was discharged before seeing the doctor to learn anything. Kelly asked me to sign paperwork that was incorrect regarding my history. I was referred to a doctor in Branford which is approximately 25 mi from Lake City. I didn't understand why I was referred to a doctor that I didn't know, especially since my current doctors are within a 5-minute drive of my residence, here in Lake City. On numerous occasions I needed to urgently urinate because I am incontinent. I waited so long I sold my clothes to the point they were soaking wet. I was provided several very small thin sanitary items. For 5 or 6 hours although I asked for assistance to go to the toilet to urgently urinate... I was ignored repeatedly which caused me to be soaking wet in heavy velour slacks. The waiting room was cold and I was forced to sit prone in a wheelchair in agony due to a failed surgery. Robin offered to change my clothes into a thin open back hospital gown. My body was drenched with urine. I declined choosing rather to stay wrapped in blankets. I was very upset upon learning hours later transportation would be provided to me. I needed to charge my phone. I called for assistance with the wheelchair as I am a 74 yo invalid. The reception was horrible... I was referred to as, "it's 'HER". The call was disengaged without answering questions. I asked to speak with the Administrator. She purportedly was in a meeting. Approximately 40 minutes later Peggy appeared representing herself as a primadonna who was high-minded and repugnant in her mannerisms as she condescend to being implored by me to share time with me to discuss with me my discomfort and lack of professional care as well as respectfully attending my needs for toilet assistance... As at that point I was referred to as "her".. NOT MS PIERCE!

As a Medical professional I really am impressed with the ED intake process and trialing of patients. I was in at 11am and out by 1pm with a Diagnosis and prescriptions in hand. It was very busy but my triage RN was very pleasant while being efficient. MD was spot on with treatment of my condition . 5 stars for me!!

Apparently it is totally legal to give someone an IV just to take blood and not for any other purpose. They don't want their patients to leave so they are giving IVs to everyone.
